Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return (e.g., makeup, earrings, underwear).
We do not offer automatic exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, please return the original and place a new order.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
